Blakely Pacific Ltd has retained Forest Stewardship Council certification for its forest estate since September 2003. Please click on the following link to view our current FSC certificate.

Who is the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)?
FSC is an international non-profit organisation founded in 1993 to support environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world's forests. FSC accredits independent third party organisations who can then certify forestry companies against FSC standards.

What is Forest Certification?
Forest certification is the process of assessing forests and forest management practices against a predetermined set of environmental standards and the subsequent issuing of a certificate to confirm that they conform to the requirements.

FSC certification is an internationally recognised and accepted standard in sustainable forest management. It enables consumers to identify wood and wood based products from well managed forests. Consumers purchasing a wood based product bearing the FSC trademark /logo (as below) are assured that the product purchased can be traced back through the processing sectors to the certified forest it came from.
